Now you are going to be able to use the capabilities of the Playstation 3 infrared remote but on a regular remote control.

There are going to be 14 functional buttons that you can use, including up, down, left, right, options menu, quit player, BD menu, enter, previous chapter, and display, to name just a few.

Hints

There are a few hints that you are going to want to keep in mind however when you are trying to figure out the remote. For one, you need to realize that the PS3 is going to be a little less quick to respond than with a real controller and so you are going to need to be patient and allow for this.

Also note that if you purchase a different brand of Playstation 2 remote, you are probably going to have to map its commands to their Playstation 3 equivalents yourself.
